Frequently Asked Questions
If you want to pre-consign your animal you may connect us 719-347-2417 and we will advertise they are coming.
The week of:
Bring your animal in on Sunday from 9:00am - 5:00pm. If you have cattle you will need a Bill of Sale/Proof of Ownership.
Monday 8:00 am - 10:30 am for Cattle
8:00 am-12:00 pm for small animals (pigs, sheep & goats)
Go to CattleUsa.com to register to bid. You must create and account and then Request Approval through Calhan Auction Mkt.

For Miscellaneous - We DO NOT mail these pay outs. Please go to the Miscellaneous window by the office door. There you will get paid for the items you sold. If items did not sell, you will need to clear those items from our property before you will get paid. There will be a fee if you do not clear your items.
For Livestock - As soon as your animal has sold through the ring, you may go into the office and pick up your check. If you do not pick up your check the day of the sale we will mail them Tuesday after the sale to the address you gave us when you checked them in.
If there is a hold on your animals. You must clear it with the Brand Inspector before we are able to give you your check.
